The actual value of the goods mentioned in the license shall be as determined by the customs office subject to the prevailing laws related to customs and for the purpose of customs mentioned in the license, the quantity or value of the goods shall be specified in the quantity or value or both. Otherwise, the customs office will allow the goods to be exported or imported.
